🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). We had very high hopes for this place by looking at the photos… once we arrived it took us a couple minutes to get the door unstuck. (we later found out it was a screw sticking out) The power went out 2/3 nights we stayed. The first time it didn’t get back on 9 hours after we texted the host. The other thing was the heat. The big heater couldn’t keep up but luckily they had 2 space heaters. But once we plugged both in that’s when the power would go out. The one good thing the bed was pretty decent. Olivia

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Kaitlyn’s place and it was great! Everything we needed was there and responses were quick when we needed help. Only tiny issue was the small restroom and shower but it was nothing serious, would definitely stay here again! Great spot and responsive hosts. Place as pictured and described, convenient location, quiet area, very clean, comfy bed. A little chilly in the space and some trouble with electricity as well but eventually resolved. Overall, good value and cute space.
