📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

My family and I were supposed to stay here for about 2 weeks. We loved the pictures and thought the place would be perfect for the four of us and two dogs. We appreciate how responsive Kaitlyn was and how fast she was able to approve our refund. <br/>We weren’t even there 2 hours. It was a little hard to find but we made it. We walked in and loved the place at first glance. Once we started trying to get settled we noticed a lot of issue. The unit was dirty. There were bugs coming through the holes in the weather stripping in the bedroom and front door. The bed room was very hot even with the a/c unit running because they plywood in the window was warped and had a massive gap letting the heat in as well as bugs. The bathroom was dirty with hair all in the shower. We stayed with this company a year ago at a different unit and had so many issues but hoped this would be different. Fortunately we were able to get a refund and find a new place. This place was perfect for our vacation. It was remote, but close enough to access everything in the city. The location was peaceful and just a few short blocks away from downtown Old Colorado City. Kaitlyn was also very responsive and had great communication from the start. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the area. This house was exactly as described. Clean, modern and easily accessible. Plenty of room for the four who stayed, two adults and two children.<br/>It's an interesting setup with the other buildings connected to it but we did not run into any other people, it was not noisy, our space was defined well. <br/>We will stay here again if it is available on our next trip. The hostess was prompt with responses and made sure everything was taken care of when we ask. <br/>They use a rental management company so there were a couple of times when I had two different people communicating similar information to me. One was the hostess and one was the management company, this was a little confusing at times. I just communicated with both and things went very well. Jakelina

This place was so cute, clean and had everything you needed. It was so close to everything you can do in Colorado Springs. We never drive more than 10 to 15 min for anything. Would totally recommend! The host was also super easy to get in contact with and felt like I was texting someone I knew. Thank you for the hospitality!
