We have baseboard heaters so that you can choose the most optimal temperature throughout your stay. The portable AC unit is removed during the winter and re-installed in the spring, ensuring comfort year-round.
🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire Loft to include the private desk where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the crisp Colorado mornings! You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

This was a beautiful place to stay. There were trails super close by. It was clean, tidy, and had the essentials. Really cute place, very clean too. Really enjoyed our stay, the host was very responsive. The place was cute and the location was ok. Dirty dishes and broken technology was not.
Kitchen: every single fork/dish/pan had to be washed before it was used.
TV: Streaming services did not work. TV was outdated and unable to connect to Wi-Fi. Host/Renjoy responded immediately via text but after guiding us through some trouble shooting, the advice was to find a YouTube tutorial and try to figure it out. Which we did, multiple times, to no avail. Asked for someone to come fix it and were told to fix it ourselves. Watched movies/shows on our phone over Xmas week.
Bathroom: When the shower steamed up, all these finger drawings on the glass appeared on the door, showing it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, or for who knows how long.
Pros: Perfect amount of space for 2 people, pictures mostly matched reality, jack & Jill bathrooms with shower connecting the middle.
If they can fix the cleanliness and technology issues then the stay would’ve been much improved. S
