🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🏠 Separate Basement Unit: The basement is rented out separately and has its own private entrance. Please note that we only provide street parking. The courtyard is shared with the basement guests, and the hot tub is also shared with other guests on the property.
♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains, which can be extremely cold in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

Our stay here was good overall, but definitely had some inconveniences that would make it tough to want to stay here again.
Mostly just make sure that you are aware that if you stay at this spot, you will have downstairs neighbors. We talked to the people staying below us, and they said that they could hear everything upstairs, including our conversation and every step that we took.
There also is not a separate heating/air conditioning unit for the upstairs/downstairs units. So while we were comfortable, our downstairs neighbors were freezing. We got a text from our host at midnight one of the nights we were staying there to raise the temperature.
Overall good, but definitely some inconveniences. Just make sure you know you have downstairs neighbors, and you will hear from the host if the neighbors think you’re too loud or aren’t comfortable.Show more I have a few complaints, we couldn’t adjust the thermostat lower than 70 degrees. Which meant, we had to sleep with the room window’s open. Brought it up the host but said we run the risk of freezing the coil, So that was very unfortunate. Also no security for our vehicle outside the house since we had to park on the street. Rugs in the house were slippery and felt unsafe to walk over.
