⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🏠 Separate Basement Unit: The basement is rented out separately and has its own private entrance. Please note that we only provide street parking. The courtyard is shared with the basement guests, and the hot tub is also shared with other guests on the property.
♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains, which can be extremely cold in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

I had a very wonderful time at the bonny adventure house! Kaitlyn was on top of everything very helpful very under standing with our early check in and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay well definitely visit the farm house again I highly recommend this air b&b There was a piece of broken glass on the living room floor. There was blood in two places in the hallway and blood on two different beds. On one bed there was blood on the comforter, flat sheet and fitted sheet.
When I informed the management company they basically blamed us. The most horrible thing is we didn't have the ability to relocate. What made it worse was we kept finding blood throughout the house all week. The home is not private as the basement is also an Airbnb unit. The hot tub is not private as at least 3 Airbnb units share it.
The host company has no business managing Airbnbs and the only reason they didn't get zero stars is because it wasn't an option.
