🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Awful, the reviews are true this home should’ve never been available for booking in the first place. Very disappointing experience. The property is actually located in a basement with a strong weed smell throughout. It was hard to find the address, and the backyard was dirty and unsafe for kids. The window was broken, the AC didn’t work, and the induction stove failed multiple times during dinner prep (tripping the power three times). We ended up leaving after one night instead of staying for three.<br/>The host seems to be using Airbnb policies to their advantage, making it difficult for guests to get fair resolutions. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had on Airbnb, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
