🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Kaitlyn was an amazing host! Her studio was perfect for our weekend stay. It was such a cute place and exactly what we needed when visiting Colorado Springs. Clean, neat and spacious for the two of us. She gave amazing local recommendations for things to do and restaurants. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and super friendly. Hoping I can book a trip to stay with her again soon, Colorado was a dream and I highly recommend one of Kaitlyn’s places. Me and my girlfriend had a great stay. The house was clean and very cozy. Very well recommended, stayed in for the week and really enjoyed the comfort in staying at this home and being able to use the kitchen. Lots of places nearby to walk through and eat at such as cafes, candy stores etc. Will definitely be staying here again when the time comes.
