☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Very well recommended, stayed in for the week and really enjoyed the comfort in staying at this home and being able to use the kitchen. Lots of places nearby to walk through and eat at such as cafes, candy stores etc. Will definitely be staying here again when the time comes. Perfect!! Can’t wait to come back! Logan

We had a wonderful stay at Kaitlyn’s place. It matched the description perfectly. Would totally recommend it! Kaitlyn’s place was perfect for my work trip in the Springs. Memorial Park was within walking distance and I was even able to paddle board on the water there. It was a very short drive to the downtown strip for restaurants. Yes the shower is small but it’s manageable for short people. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was a good size and had basic things. I would recommend it for a solo traveler or a couple.
