Very organize and responses quick, after all it was a great stay. Beautiful patio view and game room was super relaxing. Perfect place for family gathering of 9…..spacious with plenty of beds, bathrooms, areas to sit/ talk/ watch TV, etc. Video game and foosball great additions! Home clean, well stocked. Kaitlyn was an ideal host with quick response times. No issues during our stay. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Place was so clean and spotless. Kaitlyn was a pleasure to work with, she responded to all our messages promptly and ensured we had all we need. We arrived a little late, and it was so nice to find the snack baskets they had set out for us, they were a hit with the kids! Thank you so much for all the considerations during our trip.! Dalyce

The location was perfect - we were looking for a good mid-ground base between Denver and springs.
The house was clean, great size, super comfortable and everything we needed. It accommodated a multi/family group very easily.
Great communication and coordination, would 100% stay again and highly recommend !
