🔑 During your stay, you will have access to Crescent Mansion with a private entry at the front of the house, or a shared entry from the back of the house for a wonderful stay! The laundry room and the backyard, including the hot tub, are shared with the other unit on the property.
🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Loved it!
The location was perfect! Definitely would use this house again, it was perfect for the 7 people we had there, plenty of restrooms and beds. A lot of the restrooms are in each room, so great for traveling multiple families to feel like a hotel but still have separation. If you going to the mountains and want to stay in the springs…rent this place! Great hosts and quick response with questions. Aquariouse
