📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

The house was absolutely amazing! Great for a getaway with the hubby! The Mountain View was awesome. It is out there so it is about a 15 min drive into town but very worth it! My family and I had an amazing time in Colorado and staying at Kaitlyn’s place was absolutely incredible. My two little sister in-law’s loved the lofted space upstairs and so did the adults lol. Beautiful view from home, clean, had everything we needed and very responsive. Thanks Kaitlyn!
