🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities, facilities, house. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.
🚪 Back-of-House Access: Please note that parking and unit access for Pinewood Sanctuary are located at the end of the driveway at the back of the house. Review your check-in instructions carefully for smooth navigation upon arrival.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🌿 Eco-Friendly Cleaning: We do our best to clean with non-toxic cleaning products, keeping the space fresh and safe.

The place is great! You’ll definitely enjoy it in the winter or summer. It does share a wall. The hosts responded very fast and the place was very clean. We would stay again. The Host Kaitlyn was amazing. Our questions and concerns were answered in a heartbeat. Super responsive and helpful!!
The unit was gorgeous and cozy perfect for my husband and I. Definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in Colorado Springs!! Best Birthday Trip!! Loved the place absolutely beautiful
