⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Great area to stay. Construction still being completed next door but didn’t hear it inside house. This lower flat is the basement level so you will hear upstairs tenants. Great location and very clean. The unit we stayed in was very nice. Everything was brand new. Very clean. No issues at all with the unit or amenities. <br/>However, I would not recommend staying in this Airbnb if you plan to sleep on your own schedule. There are clearly posted quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, which is why my partner and I chose this particular place to stay, as we were looking forward to getting some much needed rest and relaxation over the weekend. Unfortunately, the sound from the upstairs unit carried directly through the floor. We could hear all of their conversations and I’m sure they could hear ours, as well. The first morning we were woken up at around 6am to a baby screaming and crying. When I reached out to the host, she informed me that the toddler was in timeout and that they would be released from timeout when they apologized (what?). They screamed and cried from 6:00am until about 8:30am. The host was unwilling to enforce her own quiet hours house rule and so we were forced to just deal. Moyinoluwa

Great place with a great location easy to access anything in town. The host was awesome with communication and very helpful with the directions for check in and check out. Very clean as well. Will definitely be back.
