The house was great, very clean and homey. We loved the outdoors and Kaitlyn was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was the kitchen fridge wasn’t working however there was a fridge in the garage that we were able to use. Although inconvenient, it got the job done. The area seemed nice, however the first night there we heard gun shots, followed with police surrounding the area. This is no reflection on Kaitlyn as a host, as she was great but it had us questioning the overall location of the house. I would stay here again, regardless of everything that happened.Show more We had an awesome time at this house. Everything was neat and well thought out. Being from Texas, I really enjoy the extra space of the basement. We all had soooo much space. The kitchen was open and had soooo much space. One in our party saw snow for the first time. Kaitlyn's place was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that was hard is we couldn't get in to the house when we got there and children and pregnant daughter was needing the restroom and had to drive to Safeway in order to do that. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and served our needs well! Thank you!Show more Jahbari

Great place with a great view of the mountains. I came with my girlfriend and her brother and the whole place was extremely spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We definitely will stay here again the next time we come to Colorado Springs.Show more
