First, Kaitlin was great, very responsive but there were things with the home she could not fix. the home advertised A/C but the thermostat was locked on a low of 74 and would jump to 77 during the day, she tried to lower the temp remotely but not sure she had success. the worst part was the ROKU tv, which is absolutely worthless. you cannot get any current news, sports anything. It is just another sly way owners reduce their expenses, but for the price we paid, it wasn't worth it. I will never rent another home that doesn't have some sort of cable.Show more We were one of the first guests to stay at this newly listed AirBnB. It served our group of 10 well. It is spacious and well appointed. The deck space and back yard are peaceful and serene. We did experience some confusion with the listed check in time on the guest book app, but in the end see that information was accurately represented. We were disappointed to discover the top queen bunks in the bunk room were not made when we retired to bed our first evening. These were cumbersome to make. We notified the owner who conveyed they will educate the cleaning crew to prevent this from happening in the future. I would recommend this house for a large group as the space is accomodating and the views of Pikes Peak gorgeous.
