Come and bathe in the Colorado sun in your own private and spacious back yard, complete with fire pit, grill, and yard games. A perfect jumping off point for any Colorado mountain experience. Just five minutes from Stratton Open Space and Cheyenne Canyon Park where you can enjoy hiking through the Ponderosas by Cheyenne Creek, rock climbing, abundant mountain biking trails and Segway nature tours. Only a five minute walk through the neighborhood and you’ll arrive at the Ivywild School community marketplace with multiple food vendors, coffee at the Principal’s Office, Axe and Oak whiskey house, Bristol Brewery, trivia nights, yard games and many other activities all under the same roof! Walking distance to many other restaurants, ice cream shops, multiple grocery stores and cafes. A five minute drive to Downtown COS, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor and only a few more minutes in the car to Garden of the Gods, USAFA, UCCS, Colorado College, Red Rock Canyon and Manitou Springs - host of the legendary Maggie’s Farm (smoking not permitted in the unit).

It has easy access to all the Springs has to offer, including downtown, the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and more. The house is walking distance to restaurants and bars at Ivywild School, as well as the new CreekWalk Urban development. A Short drive to the Cheyenne Mt Zoo, and the Broadmoor Resort, Red Rocks open area, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Downtown dining, Colorado College, and the New Olympic Training Center!
