Like most downtown cities, there are sometimes homeless people in the area. 🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening. ✅ City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We loved staying at Corona Victorian. The home was beautiful and very clean. My children loved the spacious back yard and I appreciated the home and yard were completely fenced in. The hosts were very responsive and checked in with us through our visit. The home is located close to a lot of entertainment areas as well as good restaurants. We will definitely visit Colorado and stay here again soon.Show more
