🐶 Pets: If you plan to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. It's $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). ⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.

🏠 Duplex Details: This is one unit of a duplex. Both units are rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and mindful of noise. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests and is the only shared space.
🔇 Shared Space Etiquette
Since this is an upper-unit duplex, please be considerate of the guests in the lower unit. The property layout ensures privacy while promoting a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
💧 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all guests. Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be very cold in winter, sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, so if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but will be heated to 102° later in the evening.

Great experience in CO Springs
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was in great shape with very nice finishings. The backyard had beautiful mountain views and it was nice to sit outside with the firepit. It was in a good location, although I could hear road noise from the guest room. Management was very responsive and their online resources for each stage of the stay were very helpful and thorough.Show more Indranil

We had a great stay! The location is perfect for exploring everything Colorado Springs has to offer. The host was amazing—super responsive and accommodating. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning. the house is cleaned and as described in the pics.
However, if you’re traveling with kids, this might not be the best option. The neighbors downstairs are sensitive to noise and tend to stomp on the floor if there’s even a little noise from the kids. Overall, a wonderful stay, but something to consider if you have little ones.Show more Diane Faghih
