🐶 Pets: If you plan to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. It's $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💰 Additional Fees: If you need early check-in or late checkout, please message us ahead of time for pricing. These additional fees cover the expenses of adjusting the schedule or adding an extra cleaner to accommodate your request.
🏠 Duplex Details: This is one unit of a duplex. Both units are rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and mindful of noise. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests and is the only shared space.
🔇 Shared Space Etiquette
Since this is an upper-unit duplex, please be considerate of the guests in the lower unit. The property layout ensures privacy while promoting a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
💧 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all guests. Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be very cold in winter, sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, so if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but will be heated to 102° later in the evening.

Nice location! Was in town for a wedding in Manitou. Very close and easy drive. Lots of places to eat and great views. we wish we would’ve known that our stay was located on top of someone else’s place. We had a little one with us and as if we were making too much noise with him crawling around.Show more Becka

We really enjoyed our stay. it was a home away from home. the only complaint I have is the service and cleaning fees when we are asking to do some of the cleaning as well. The late check on and early check out time also should've not been counted as a full day. Otherwise this stay was perfect.Show more WOULD STAY AGAIN! Home has two rental units, we had the larger upstairs 3BD/2BA. Hot Tub is accessible to both units (and lovely), with a fence barrier between dog friendly yards. Cool evening nights on the back porch were wonderful with gas fire. Living area was very nice, clean, and well appointed for visiting. Deer seen everyday just outside the fence or across the street. Neighborhood has sidewalks, but we preferred to walk the dog at the nearby Garden of the Gods. Driveway really only accommodates 1 car (due to trash bins in car port), with second/third car spaces on street (Consider one of those spaces for the basement renters). Keurig coffee maker came with pods, which was greatly apprecaited as we traveled with our coffee, expecting a traditional pot style. Bathrooms clean, linens new, and rooms minimally appointed for good suitcase space and large closets. Location was EXCELLENT as it was close to our events (GoG, Olympic Museaum, 7Falls, and Manitou Incline).Show more Had a great stay with the family!
