🔑 You will have access to the entire house and everything in it! Please make yourself at home. The keypad deadbolt lock is how you will access our listing. We will message you your unique code on the morning of your arrival for self check-in! Enter your code, hit the check mark, and make yourself at home!

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🏡 Guesthouse: There is a guesthouse on the same property. However, everything is separated: there are different parking areas, two different houses, and two fully fenced yards. The guesthouse is just like a neighbor 🙂
❄️ Heating & Cooling: The Vibrant Victorian has central forced-air heating and window unit air conditioners to keep you comfortable year-round.
🐾 Pet Policy: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
🔊 Noise Monitoring: We also have noise monitoring and occupancy tech to deter parties. It is 100% private and simply measures overall decibel levels and the number of devices in our home.

The house was not very clean. We discovered trash under one of the beds, and the rugs and carpets were dirty. Some of the blinds were broken, allowing people to see inside. The neighborhood feels unsafe, with an alley nearby frequented by homeless individuals at night. One of the air conditioning units was malfunctioning, and the bathroom lights were unreliable—sometimes only one bulb would work, and occasionally two out of three would light up briefly before going out again. There was no shock treatment available for the hot tub, so we chose not to use it. The provided front door code didn’t work for the back door, and the front door’s lock pad was loose and seemed to be coming off. Additionally, the bathroom counter had a significant crack on the left side. The property also includes a smaller rental home with a connecting fence, so we were disturbed by a dog barking all the time. Overall, this property is overpriced and I would not recommend it for families with children.Show more alfonso

Very nice place, location was great.Show more We were really excited for this location as we were looking for a place we could come back and hang out as a family. Upon arrival, we were unsure of the location and safety of the area with homeless roaming around. Entering the house, half the power worked. I messaged "Renjoy" seemingly a 3rd party that handles the AirBNB for this location, and it felt like I was speaking to a robot. Finally, they instructed us to pull out the fridge, which was a pain, and reset the breakers. It happens.The inside of the house is very cute, although several areas of maintenance needing attention. (Many noted in previous reviews where they said it was fixed). The shower was so slimy and gross. The hot tub had visible black dirt all over inside and a cap sprayed water everywhere. The fire pit ran out of propane within 5 minutes and none to spare, and it was too late to inquire. All of this I brought to Renjoy's attention, and it was a simple "Sorry we didn't meet your expectations". Not worth the price.Show more
