🔑 The apartment is unit E (there are five units; A,B,C,D,E) and has a front door facing 25th Street. During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourselves.
You are allowed to park overnight on Pikes Peak Ave for free! Parking on S 25th street is metered but no overnight is allowed. The public parking lot behind the building is free during the day, but no overnight parking is allowed there either.

🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🏙️ Peace of Mind: Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.

Mishea’s apartment is in a fantastic location; within a couple of mins walk to wonderful restaurants and shops. Her property matched exactly like the photos. Very nice appliances. Highly recommended.Show more The location is a 10 out of 5 if you want to walk around OCC!! Fantastic! We love the old building, super cool area, totally walkable! If you wish to hang out in the apartment, we wish there was a bit more furniture (and a shower bench for shaving) to sit on/put our drinks on/etc. If you are looking for a great location to get out and explore the bars, shops, and restaurants with a super convenient place to sleep- this is your place! To our surprise there was hair on the bathroom walls, the beds were unbearably firm (maybe a mattress topper would help?). The sheets that were on one of the beds had some hair and pilling. The location is fantastic though and the kitchen was well stocked.Show more Very convenient location right in Old Colorado City. Close to plenty of great places to eat and drink. Comfortable space - and the music playing on our arrival was a nice touch. We would stay here again without a doubt.Show more
