I would say overall the stay was fine. The place is cute and was clean. Please heed the reviews about the noise. This spot is a house that was turned into two units and you can hear EVERYTHING if there are guests staying in the other unit. It sounds like they are in the same room. We heard every sneeze, laugh, conversation. We had to check out a day early because it was so bad. For the price, I would recommend staying at the hotel down the street. You’ll have more privacy and amenities.Show more Really enjoyed our stay. Great location near the Arkansas river and several restaurants/shops. Proactive and responsive. Being so close to the riverwalk portion of town, it was especially serene and charming. The unit does share walls with other units and you can hear them.
