You will have the entire unit to yourself, including a private backyard!
1. Enter through the front door of the house with our keyless entry so that you can come and go as you please during your stay. As you walk through the front door you will be welcomed by the the perfect little kitchen a high top dining table. The living room is perfectly set up with a little desk if you need a place to work, a smart TV so that you can log into your steaming account and pick up right where you left off before your travels, and a plush sofa that doubles into a single bed in case you need a little more sleeping room! The master has a king bed and a Roku TV to kick back and relax to after your adventurous day. The other guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed for a peaceful night of sleep!
2. Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig. There is a large refrigerator with a freezer and a stovetop with oven as well for all your cooking needs.
3. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks.
4. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.
5. For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack n play for your little ones!
6. For those nights in or when you have time to spare, enjoy some games we have provided under the TV in the living rom!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

The home was great and central to tourist sites in Manitou Springs.
Directions needed to be a little clearer as the location is actually a guest house behind the address of the main home. Took us a bit to figure out we needed to go down the ally in the back to find it.
Very nice neighborhood and felt very comfortable there.
Very cute, very clean and the location served us well. Only problem we had was the fire pit in the back yard was not working.
Overall, we would stay there again.Show more My stay was both super relaxing and enjoyable. The neighborhood was peacefully quiet. My showers were hot, beds were comfortable, and all the amenities were very convenient. Being able to enjoy hot coffee every morning, and ironing out the wrinkles from a long distance drive, helped make my vacation one to remember. Lots to love about this rental! But also some issues. The pros: comfy beds, cute decor, comfy seating. Cons: Located in an alleyway which felt a bit unsafe as a woman coming in and out in the dark. Good locks on doors but fencing surrounding the unit allows for various people to walk directly in front of where you are sitting in the living area at times. Also, as a first floor unit, the window protections did not seem adequate for a five star rating.
Finally, the unit had a stale odor --- which upon returning home has seeped into my clothing --- much like stale smoke. Not sure who stayed there to cause this odor but not a five star rating merit. Also, some snack products remained on carpet behind couch.
For the money, this is a gem and location very central. BUT alley was hard to find at first and hard for Uber drivers and friends to locate. Good price though if you don't mind the cons.Show more
