📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee—$100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour.

We had a phenomenal stay at this Airbnb and would definitely book again! It was exactly as described and looked exactly like the pictures. Kaitlyn’s place was picture perfect. From apple trees to Mountain View’s we couldn’t ask for more. The inside was pristine & made us feel right at home. The decor exceeded expectations. We couldn’t pick a room because they were all AMAZING. We liked the private yard for our pups. We parked near the back fence for handicap access to the home. There’s another AIRBNB in the back so you do have to share the parking space. It was still a very private experience & the work space was perfect for my video interview project. The location was central but also not too much traffic or people. The house had snacks, toiletries & even firewood in the back that we didn’t get around to enjoying this time! Worth every penny would highly recommend. As a prior host I was impressed & now have new hosting goals! High five Kaitlyn!!Show more
