🌙 Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the behavior of all individuals in their party.
🚭 Smoking
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A minimum $300 penalty fee will be assessed for smoking violations during your stay.
👤 Minimum Age
Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present at check-in. By booking your reservation, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present throughout the duration of the stay.
Guest access
We will message you your unique code to enter into the door on the morning of your arrival! This code will only work during the duration of your stay for your safety and the safety of our cleaners.
🔑 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

📄 For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
🔑 SECURITY: For security, there are cameras on the exterior/outside of the building. Rest assured, there are no recording devices inside the house.
🛁 We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐕 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half-hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.

Great historic house and great location. We were a team coming to Colorado Springs for a conference. There were 4 of us so a house was a much better option than hotel rooms.
We loved the house and our time included being able to relax together and we even took a great walk on Sunday morning into the old downtown area. We were right across the street from the college and one of the best parts was the Bistro that was right next door to the house! We had dinner and desserts there twice. This will be our favorite place if we come back again.Show more Kaitlyn’s place was a great place to stay! And Kaitlyn herself was a great host to have!
She’s the best at communication and giving helpful instructions.

Great location and a wonderful weekend for six adults! We really appreciated the blend of older home charm with kitchen, bed / linen and technology upgrades. The house was spotless and host was super responsive. Highly recommended!Show more Great house located close to all of the businesses on Tejon Street.
