Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, people who work remotely, and business travelers. Whether you're here for a business trip, longer stay, vacation, or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.

Relax in our comfy living room after a busy day. We've got a fancy 4k Roku Smart TV for entertainment. Our modern design makes it a peaceful spot for you to unwind.
🍳 Kitchen:
Cook your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Whether you're the chef in your group or you just barely know your way around a kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to make a full breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

🛁 Bathroom:
Clean up in our big, squeaky-clean bathroom. We've stocked it with soft towels and all the toiletries you might need, including some extras for the ladies.

For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.

Chill out in our backyard, where we have a nice fire pit for cool evenings.

Loved the Kiowa Peak property! It was just a photos showed, very clean, well equipped kitchen and bed was comfy. Especially liked that there were two night stands and two bedside lamps. So many places only have one lamp or none at all. We also liked the private driveway and enjoyed the backyard. It was in a quiet neighborhood but just a few blocks from breweries, restaurants and shopping in Old Colorado City. Plus you could go north and be at King Sooper, gas station and wine shop in minutes. Would definitely rent again!Show more
