KING BEDROOM:
Indulge in a restful sleep in the luxurious king-sized bed where you can enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV for entertainment. Relax in the privacy of your own tranquil sanctuary
BATHROOM:
Experience true relaxation in the beautifully renovated bathroom and refresh yourself with the modern fixtures and spacious shower. Rinse off and enjoy the plush towels and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience to include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and even some makeup remover wipes and feminine products just in case you forgot something for your first night!
KITCHEN:
Cook and create culinary masterpieces in the fully equipped kitchen with an electric range and all essential appliances for your cooking needs. We have a Keurig coffee maker and are happy to provide a few starter Kcups for your stay!
LAUNDRY:
Stay fresh and pack light with the convenience of a washer and dryer for you to use at your convenience during your stay! We are happy to have some complimentary laundry detergent provided for your use to get you started!
LIVING ROOM:
Unwind in the comfortable living room with modern furnishings. Kick back and relax while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV just by logging into your streaming services and pick right back up where you left off before your travels! We have a Queen sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements and plenty of seating for quality time with loved ones.

Other things to note
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late
*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
