I don’t know if it was being in the basement but the WiFi kept dropping on multiple devices not just one which she ignored that fact. Also I will tell you do not text her go thru the app so airbnb can’t keep track of conversation. Says kitchenette so I was thinking stove top but it’s just a microwave. She also tried to blame the weather on WiFi being out when I work with the fiber companies and I didn’t hear anything. She just wanted to not really do anything for the WiFi being slow. I tried talking to her about the WiFi and I felt like I was just bothering her so it was a pain when it did go out. Also idk if the owners stay upstairs or not but loved being woken up on the weekends at 5 am. Could hear a ball bouncing right above my bed. Terrible experience will not come back.Show more Kathleen
