🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🚗 Parking: You will have access to two garage spaces and there is ample parking outside for additional vehicles.

Amenities
This cabin is the perfect Colorado getaway! The property is very private, family-friendly, and beautiful in the winter's snow. Our family enjoyed fun features like the hot tub and downstairs game console additions!
Kaitlyn was very responsive to our messages. Our only minor inconvenience was that the Keurig machine was not working when we arrived. We messaged about this appliance, but they could not get someone out to replace it before we left. It wasn't a big deal, but it was a minor hassle for a family of coffee drinkers!
Overall, I recommend anyone stay here! It is beautiful and close to several main attractions within an hour or so. Ny family and I recently stayed at a wonderful Air B n B in Colorado and had an amazing experience. The home was incredibly comfortable and well-maintained, making it the perfect getaway. The cozy interior, complete with a fireplace and plush furniture, provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was ideal, nestled in a serene and picturesque setting with stunning views of the surrounding nature. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Cozy
We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean except for a few spots, but overall well kept and had great amenities. There is a limit on hot water, but it didn’t cause too many issues.
