Kaitlyn’s home was perfect for our visit. We had a wonderful time visiting CO. The location was perfect. A beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view of the mountains right outside the front/side door. Disappointed we didn’t have time to enjoy the outside fire pit. Maybe next time.
We did have one issue with the sleep sofa. It seemed to be broken and wouldn’t go back into the couch. Kaitlyn was quick to respond and solve the issue. The young man that came to help resolve the issue was kind and polite.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in this lovely home. Thank you for having us. Forrest

Very nice place, loved the decor and layout and the neighborhood was cozy too. Kaitlyn is a very caring and helpful host too. Would gladly stay again if/when I’m back in the area. I have stayed in many airbnb’s and I have never left a negative review until now.
Some of the issues the home had - The lock on the main level bedroom window was broken. None of the bedroom windows opened upstairs. There were old air conditioning units that were duct taped in them. The shower in the downstairs bedroom had a horrible smell and a clump of hair in the drain. There is no handrail in the stairway, making this a safety issue. One of the legs of the dining room table was not screwed into the table. The dishwasher broke and was never fixed. The electricity went out upstairs one day. No storm in the area, it just went out. The heating system is not consistent in every room. We needed to purchase our own heating source for the bedrooms. Some of these issues were fixed, others were not. There were more issues.
This home is very cute, unfortunately it is not managed well. Communication with the host was strange. A mixture of kind, passive-aggressive, and patronizing speech. We loved our stay! Beautiful home centrally located!!!
