Amazing stay!! Very responsive host and walking distance to so many amenities! We will definitely be staying here again!!Show more Fantastic place and convenient for lots to do in Colorado Springs. We had a family reunion and it worked perfectly. We felt so welcomed...she had a welcome basket and beverages for us...so greatly appreciated. The host was incredibly responsive. We had one problem in the back yard with a wasp nest and she had someone there within 15 minutes of our call to take care of it. Would stay again gladly!Show more The pictures are not an actual view of the house. The house was not clean, dust and dirt visible throughout the house, as well as food left in the refrigerator. The rails on the stairs inside and out are not secure, were loose and a safety hazard. The house had a bat(rodent) on the wall. The front porch floor boards were very weak due to rotting, which led to a hole on the porch that had to be covered with a potted plant to prevent injuries. The number of towels available were not sufficient for the 16-20 guests expected.
