We messaged Kaitlyn telling her we were covered in bug bites halfway through our stay. She responded once after KNOWING AND HAD KNOWLEDGE that we had bed bugs. She then didn’t respond again until the next day. We had to leave and stay somewhere else on our own expense. My husband was covered in bites and I had some as well. We also stayed at another one of her air bnb’s prior to this and afraid it might have bed bugs as well. We had to then pry a refund out of her - and completely disappointed with how this was handled and how we still had to pay for a place to stay…. I asked her to refund the night we had to stay elsewhere and she refused and then we also had to treat all our own clothing..: worst experience and would never recommendShow more Great place, will rent again. once we sat down after driving 19 hours we tried watching tv but there was noway to hear it over the ac while it was running. we are big coffee drinkers but there wasn't any coffee. it was several bad places in the flooring. my wife tripped and fall on her face because the flooring was coming up and it hung her shoe making her fall.Show more The apartment worked really well for us and our granddaughter.
