In June of 2022, we completely renovated our home and are thrilled to share this beautiful space with you! Enjoy staying in a thoughtfully decorated and curated home designed with your comfort in mind.

Relax in the cozy living room featuring a 55” 4k Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. The room also includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress, ideal for extra guests or the kiddos.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wide variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking utensils, allowing you to cook your favorite meals just like at home. Start your mornings with fresh coffee from our Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge.
🛏️ Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1)
Indulge in the luxurious King bed with fluffy pillows and crisp linens. The room also features a 43" Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower.

Rest comfortably in the Queen bed, complete with fluffy pillows and luxurious linens. The room includes a closet with a luggage rack and hangers for your belongings.

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and all your bathing essentials, including high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes. Additional amenities include a hairdryer, a first aid kit, and toilet paper.

The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco, featuring a fire pit with a seating area, a new gas-powered grill, and a glass dining table. Fire up the grill for a cookout in the fenced-in yard, and enjoy nightly s'mores as you take in the beautiful Colorado evenings.

Amenities
It was a great place! Has all the amenities except a regular coffee pot (I left one for the next guest), it only had a Keurig.
Thankful for the space heaters because it got down to 2 degrees while there and the baseboard heaters are not enough to keep the house temp comfortable.
Overall I would definitely hear again! Kaitlin was responsive and kind in her communications, and allow me to check in a day early! I was quite at home at this place and so was my golden. It was a lot like home and saved us having to cut our vacation short to make the trip home.
It’s a lot more spacious than I expected. I loved the walk-in shower and the space in the master bedroom, it was nice to make myself at home without feeling claustrophobic. They also had everything you could need for a home away from home; dishes, towels, cookware, silverware, tools, first aid kit, plenty of pillows, even some basic batteries and cooking utensils. I had packed everything expecting to need it but I definitely wouldn’t if I stayed here again.
The hosts were responsive via text when I had some issues with the WiFi and the fan/light remote in the master bedroom which I appreciate.
My only issue was the personalized guidebook they send you. Mine didn’t really work and what should’ve populated didn’t for me, but it could’ve been a system bug. I would like everything on Airbnb just in case of system bugs like I got. Kristina

Kaitlyn was very responsive. We had an issue upon arrival and she was quick to handle it. The home is super cute. It was very cold during our visit and so we could t enjoy the game room. I would definitely return in the summer.
