🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏠 Separate Basement Unit: The basement is rented out separately and has its own private entrance. Please note that we only provide street parking. The courtyard is shared with the basement guests, and the hot tub is also shared with other guests on the property.
♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains, which can be extremely cold in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

The listing was exactly as described and well-kept. It was easy to find and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. We weren’t sure if we could use the driveway since there’s another Airbnb in the basement, but there was plenty of street parking available. Kaitlyn was extremely communicative and quick to respond to any unforeseen issues. We felt completely taken care of. Aside from a scheduled irrigation during our stay, we felt right at home and very comfortable. Overall, it’s a great little getaway in the Springs. Arianna

Buyer Beware
I would not classify the neighborhood “Charming”. The listing has the house at 2,800 square feet. It was maybe half that. The basement below us was rented out. We use VRBO to have privacy due to us traveling with 3 grandkids under 3. We did our best to not make too much noise on the hardwood floors, but that was a challenge. We did not expect the hot tub to be a shared space with 2 other spaces. And to get to it you had to walk outside around the house. Inside our space was familiar clean. Bathtub was worn out and the hot/cold waters were reversed. The host had put on some nice music before we arrived which was the highlight. Kitchen was not very well supplied. No wine glasses, wine opener, no salt, no pepper, however there were other seasonings in the cupboard. The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. One room with the king bed was very tight. Could not open our suitcase because the bed took up the entire room. Overall the cleanliness was ok, bathroom needs to be repainted. I would just say Buyer Beware on this one. Upon arrival we were not able to get in, we were blocking the road for about 30 minutes trying to get ahold of our host and not able to find any parking because it was all blocked off by the neighbors and a party going on. We also felt so unsafe with our kids because there was neighbors fighting and drinking,threats of shooting each others so we decided to cancel our reservation.
