🏠 Separate Cottage: This is a separate cottage from the main house, with its own completely fenced-in area. The hot tub area is communal and shared with other guests on the property.
❄️ Winter AC Notice: During the winter months, we remove the window AC unit as Colorado temperatures can drop below the 30s.
♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to keep it clean and sanitary for all guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be extremely cold in winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

Cozy stay
My stay was just a couple days but it was really nice. The place was extremely clean and management was always quick to respond when questions were asked. We did end up having a problem with the electricity in one of the bedrooms though. Not sure what was going on with it. It happened on our last night there so it wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get someone out there until the next day. All in all though, for my first visit in Colorado, I will definitely be booking here again when I go back to visit. Show more When we typed in the address it sent us to another house, we called and a man explained how to get to ours. The house was warm and clean when we arrived… maybe too warm. As we tried to unpack it was extremely hot inside and we had to leave the door open to cool it off. We asked about a remote that looked like it belonged to a AC however we received no answer when we sent in a photo of it. Shower was small but manageable. Hot tub was AWESOME.Show more
