🐾 Pets: If you’re bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee: $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). 🏠 Separate Cottage: This is a separate cottage from the main house, with its own completely fenced-in area. The hot tub area is communal and shared with other guests on the property.
❄️ Winter AC Notice: During the winter months, we remove the window AC unit as Colorado temperatures can drop below the 30s.
♨️ Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to keep it clean and sanitary for all guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be extremely cold in winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. The hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, so if it’s been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

Cute little hideaway. Liked that you could close the gates as it is located off an alley but we felt safe at all times. Nice covered patio to have coffee in the mornings and relax in the hammock. Home needed some cleaning but our concerns were immediately addressed and host was very kind. Loved the hot tub, wish we had more time to use it but we were out and about a lot.
The listing stated it sleeps 4 but the 3 of us were a little cramped. There is a decent size closet but no dressers. We mostly had folded clothes so a dresser would have been nice so we didn’t have to leave our luggage in the way. The bathroom was actually larger than expected And two of us were able to get ready at the same time. A small table in the bathroom for toiletries would be a great touch.
I was with two coffee drinkers so they really loved the small coffee bar in the kitchen.
Great location for everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again!Show more
