📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🔊 Noise Notice: There may be other guests staying in the upstairs unit, which can be noisy at times. This basement-level unit is wonderful, stocked, and clean, but it may not be the best option for light sleepers.
⬇️ Stair Access: Please note that the stairs leading down to the unit may be steep and might not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
🏠 Private Entrances: This is the basement unit, and we rent out the upstairs separately, but no worries—both units have their own private entrances!
🌡️ Thermostat Control: The thermostat is located in the upstairs unit and isn't accessible from this unit, but we're happy to adjust it remotely! Just let us know if you'd like any temperature changes for added comfort.

Exterior security cameras on property
The pictures are very misleading, the space is very small and the stairs are very steep. If you any sort of physical disability you will not make it down without issue. You can hear every word and footstep of the people staying above you. The flooring in the tiny bedroom was coming up and made for a tripping hazard. Andrea

Had to use the doggie door for 2 days because the outer door lock did not work after over 4 codes that were given and the key they said to use didn’t work either. No outside lights so at light it is so dark then add to not being able to get in. They didn’t even offer to comp those nights or even offer a discount even though I asked since having to use a doggie door for access. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here at all. They don’t care at all. Loved the location and just the right size for me.<br/>We had a little trouble with the lock code getting in, but the communication was great and we got it all cleared up!<br/>I would stay here again. Very comfortable and well located
