These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🏠 Private Entrances: This is the basement unit, and we rent out the upstairs separately, but no worries—both units have their own private entrances!
🌡️ Thermostat Control: The thermostat is located in the upstairs unit and isn't accessible from this unit, but we're happy to adjust it remotely! Just let us know if you'd like any temperature changes for added comfort.

Place was nice and clean. But i didn't like how the climate control was being controlled in another area and it was very cold. Also the location of the llace is in a alley on side of the house with no outside lights. Thats very unsafe Christina

It was overall a decent stay This basement apartment is a great value! I love this side of town and you can walk to several stores from here. The bed has a very soft mattress. The unit is small, but has everything you need for a quick stay and the price is fantastic! I didn’t use the laundry, but having access to that is a huge plus. C
