🛀 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it's clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at very cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening if drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

The sleeping arrangements are comfortable, kitchen is well-equipped, and we were nice and warm even in the Colorado winter. Beautiful views of the mountains around and privacy makes you forget that you’re close to town. In still being close to town, we were in proximity to great food, entertainment, and highway access to get places quickly. Spring break trip.
Wonderful view of the mountains. All of the essentials for a quick getaway.
Slightly complicated to fit a full-size vehicle in the parking spot, but can back in if no one else is using the alley.
The bedding had a slight odor in spots, but nothing too noticeable.
