The space
After parking in the long driveway, enjoy walking through the custom metal gate and around to the keyless entry, allowing you to come and go as you please during your stay!

In the kitchen, cook to your heart's content! It's perfectly stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. We happily provide a Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for your stay.

Gather 'round in the warm and bright living room, featuring a large Smart TV and a pull-out sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment.

Kick back and get cozy in the Queen Master Bedroom! The Master Bedroom also features a full en-suite bathroom, beautifully finished with custom tile throughout. ❄️ Heating/AC
We have baseboard heaters so that you can choose the most optimal temperature throughout your stay. The portable AC unit is removed during the winter and re-installed in the spring, ensuring comfort year-round.

🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire Loft to include the private desk where you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the crisp Colorado mornings! You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here. We are thrilled for the opportunity to host you while on your travels!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
🌄 Views & Location: Next to our property is an RV storage facility, but the views above that towards the mountain range are still great!

Amenities
The place was cute and the location was ok. Dirty dishes and broken technology was not.
Kitchen: every single fork/dish/pan had to be washed before it was used.
TV: Streaming services did not work. TV was outdated and unable to connect to Wi-Fi. Host/Renjoy responded immediately via text but after guiding us through some trouble shooting, the advice was to find a YouTube tutorial and try to figure it out. Which we did, multiple times, to no avail. Asked for someone to come fix it and were told to fix it ourselves. Watched movies/shows on our phone over Xmas week.
Bathroom: When the shower steamed up, all these finger drawings on the glass appeared on the door, showing it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, or for who knows how long.
Pros: Perfect amount of space for 2 people, pictures mostly matched reality, jack & Jill bathrooms with shower connecting the middle.
If they can fix the cleanliness and technology issues then the stay would’ve been much improved. S

We were looking for a private and easily accessible place to stay for a long weekend in COS. Loved that there were baby amenities, such as a pack and play and high chair for our almost 2 year old daughter. We did have an issue with a bright light shining directly in the bedroom, above the garage. So if you need darkness to sleep, like we do, I’d bring your own black out curtains. Very easily drivable to old Colorado city and surrounding areas. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishwasher, full fridge, coffee maker and essential spices. Rachel

My family and I stayed here during our trip, and we LOVED IT!! It was pet and toddler friendly which was our top priority and was close to all the areas we wanted to explore so it checked all our boxes! The unit was a bit smaller than expected but over all a great stay and definitely would recommend!!
