🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities, facilities, house and cottage. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, and everything this house has to offer. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.
Enjoy private access to the entire unit. The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Royale and is also available to book.
Other things to note
🏡 Rockies Rainbow Road is one unit of a duplex. The other unit, Rockies Royale, is also available for rent! If you have a large group and need double the space, you can book both units for a total of 6 bedrooms!
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

This was our first out of state family trip and our first time in Colorado - Kaitlyn’s place did not disappoint! As a family of 6 with three teenagers, the house was plenty spacious and offered so much for our stay there. My teenagers loved the hot tub and my 9 year old loved the fire pit - which had an AMAZING view of Pike’s Peak that has to be experienced live. We even had a family of mule deer come right up to the house which made for a picture perfect moment. The house was close to all of our planned activities - it was only a 15 minute drive to beautiful Manitou Springs where we enjoyed the Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. We loved coming back to the home after the end of each busy day and relaxing in this private home. We would 100% come back to this location. Kaitlyn was the kindest and most responsive host we have ever had. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Camille
