🔑 Enjoy private access to the entire unit. The unit is one-half of a duplex (2 units on the property). The other is Rockies Rainbow Road and is also available to book.

🔑 Rockies Rainbow Road is one unit of a Duplex. The other unit is also a rental (Rockies Rainbow Road) and can be booked too if you have a large group and need double the space! (6 total bedrooms)
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🛁 Shared Hot Tub: Please note that the hot tub is shared between guests of both units. We kindly ask everyone to respect each other's time and space while using this amenity.

The place is great. A little hard to locate since maps took us to the back of the house. Bedrooms all have a closet for extra storage. Unfortunately, it was not very clean when we arrived. Especially since we couldn’t check in early due to cleaning services being there. Upon arrival we found poop in the toilet. The house smelt like burnt food. And we found blood stains on two of the bedroom sheets. We stayed at Kaitlyn’s place with our four children (14-9 y/o) while visiting family for the holidays and our stay was wonderful! The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and we loved that all the kids rooms were in the lower level so the adults could relax comfortably at night upstairs. We did not use the hot tub but we did use the fire pit for smores. It was conveniently located to grocery, gas, sightseeing etc and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. We will be sure to stay here again while visiting family!
