My first time using Airbnb, and honestly, I’m not sure I’ll ever use it again after this experience. This place was nowhere near worth what we paid. It felt like the host put in the bare minimum effort to make it seem nice, but once you actually stay here, the problems pile up fast.
Let’s start with the basics: The WiFi wouldn’t even connect. No matter what we tried, it just wouldn’t work, making it a nightmare if you need to use your phone or laptop for anything.
The hot tub? Total disappointment. The bottom was full of dirt and gravel, and it was obvious that instead of actually cleaning it, the host just tells guests to dump some shock in and call it a day. To make matters worse, the neighbors’ windows look directly at the hot tub, so don’t expect much privacy.
Then there was the temperature issue—we woke up, and the house was 58 degrees. Absolutely freezing. There was nothing cozy or comfortable about it.
