🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, which means it will reach 102° later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

The bed was so comfortable that I actually asked her what kind it is so I can get one for my house! Kaitlyn answered any question very promptly and was kind and helpful. Everything in the house is as advertised. I would stay here again! We have stayed here twice and will be back again! The house has everything we need and the hot tub is a nice perk. We appreciate the style and cleanliness of the home. The location is perfect for getting to many different places within Colorado Springs. It feels like home away from home! A

Very nice and Beautiful house
Very nice house in a quiet area, the property manager was a great lady who helped from the start of our rental. Had dome minor issues that was solved really quickly. We enjoyed our time
