No worries about sharing any of it with others during your stay! This includes the fire pit, Corn Hole, BBQ grill, and outdoor table and seating :)

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage. We had a fantastic experience, and everything was truly wonderful. The cozy atmosphere and all the necessary amenities made our stay very comfortable.
I did want to mention a couple of suggestions for future guests. It might be helpful to replace the pans, as they are a bit old. Additionally, having a full-body mirror would be a great addition, especially for women who may find it essential.

Pretty much everything you could hope for in an AirBnB. Great little home, private location away from noise and traffic, easy access to local amenities including Memorial Park and downtown Colorado Springs.
Hosts were very responsive (usually instant, never took more than a hour to respind during the day). The place was clean and cozy and check-in was simple and easy. Great overall experience! Easy five stars. Very nice, clean place definitely recommended.
