🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. This includes bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, backyard, patio, detached studio and a hot tub. You are welcome to make use of everything available to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please feel free to let us know if there's anything specific you'd like to know about the property or if you have any special requests during your stay. We want to ensure that you have a wonderful time while you're here.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It is a beautiful little house with a golf course bordering the back yard. The view from the kitchen is bright and enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with quality cookware. I like to cook so used them a lot. My grandkids came over and played with the target and the mini putting green. We used the hot tub, and it worked well. This is a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here. We would gladly stay again if the opportunity were to arise. Hayley Dashay
