While friendly interactions with fellow travelers are encouraged, we kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am, respecting everyone's need for tranquility. 🚪 Access your retreat through a secluded, covered entryway, secured by a double-locked door that separates your space from the upstairs unit. Above your one-bedroom haven is a distinct three-bedroom unit, complete with its own private entrance and no shared interior areas, but noise may be observed from the upstairs unit. We appreciate your consideration for fellow guests, maintaining a respectful distance and minimizing noise during the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. However, this unit has a separate private entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces. 🔇 Consideration for Others: To ensure that all guests on the premises have a pleasant stay, we kindly ask that you are considerate of others. Please be mindful of excessive noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, and respect the space and privacy of other guests. For example, there may be a ban on outdoor fires and grill use during dry periods or high fire danger days. After use, it's crucial to fully extinguish the fire pit to prevent any embers or sparks from reigniting. This is a cheap, affordable AirBnB, but not one I would stay in again. For heat we had to relay on a small mobile electric heater, as we seemed to have no control over the central heat. The upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy. Smells, probably from upstairs, kept coming into our unit.
