📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🏨 No Onsite Maintenance or Cleaning: We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning services like hotels, but rest assured, all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
❄️ Central AC: Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, lowering the thermostat below 68 degrees may freeze the unit if it’s working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime—simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements: Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking to ensure they meet your needs.
🗑️ Trash Disposal: Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and to protect the surrounding active wildlife in the area.
📺 TV Streaming: The TVs offer streaming services only, so guests can use their own subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
🚫 No Pets: This house is not pet-friendly. Please be respectful of this rule to keep it safe for any guests who stay after you who might have pet allergies.

Un alojamiento acogedor y lindo The house is nice, it’s in a nice location. The house wasn’t the cleanest there was a toy and paper under the sofa, the tub was dirty, and the front porch was also not very clean and presentable. Overall, the house was good, Small and cozy. Kaitlyn was awesome, always attentive and ready to help! Andresa

The property is close to restaurants and there is a supermarket 5 minutes by car.
Unfortunately, in this case, I would have chosen a hotel and it would be probably cheaper. I normally chose Airbnb over hotels if I intend to cook during my stay.
For future customers:
The parking is not private, it is on the street.
Some doors seem to be misaligned (bathroom & back door);
There is no dishwasher nor exhaust if you plan to cook.
There were no extra blankets (my son preferred to sleep on the couch and let my mom on the bedroom but he slept with a bedsheets only);
Kitchen utensils are at minimum having to manually wash after each use.
Keep that in mind.
