What Our Guests Have To Say
Don't take our word for it - trust the 13221 reviews from our guests.
First of all, Kaitlyn's communication was timely, complete and VERY proactive. A few days before our check-in date, there was a potential hiccup with the heat and refrigerator.
Very accommodated and flexible, and ended up being almost a non-event. That was a big deal.
Other communication prior to our state during our state was also fantastic. The house is very clean, and perfectly laid out for my wife and I and our adult daughter. Location is great -- close enough to walk to the main downtown - far enough away to not be in the middle of things. We would absolutely stay in this exact same unit and when we come back to Buena Vista.
