Art and Mountains
The home was beautiful! It was like living in an art museum. You can tell a lot of thought and time went into planning and building the home. The views were great as well! Seeing the stars at night was fantastic! The neighborhood was a little rundown so the home felt out of place. The home was very clean and it was very easy to communicate it the management.

Was great space for a family gathering, cooking & spending time together. A few difficulties with door lock not responding correctly & some prior stains on carpet didn’t bother me but just didn’t get to speak to anyone prior to insurance I was not charged for them.

Perfect home for 2-family stay
We traveled to Colorado Springs for a family funeral. Our children and my husbands sister and her 2 adult kids and one of their 1-yo child came as well. 7 adults and 1 child in total.  It was a perfect situation. All adults had their own spacious bedroom. There are a total of 4 bathrooms w showers. There is a playroom on the bottom floor that the 1 year old very much enjoyed.  I would absolutely consider staying again if the need arises to travel back to Colorado Springs.  Kaitlyn was very responsive with all my questions (within 5 minutes, easily).  Highly recommend!

Great house!
Great house and location.  There were a few things that we thought could have improved.  While the listing stated air conditioning, there was only a small unit in the main area, so definitely had to keep the curtains closed during the day. There were fans available, but ceiling fans would have been appreciated.  The primary room has a skylight which would be great if it was able to be covered (it was so bright in there!)  The other beds were pretty firm, so if you like a softer bed, you might not get great sleep.  There was only 1 dish towel in the kitchen.  We cooked every night, so it wasn't practical to wash it every night.  There should have been at least 2.  We did find a few pans on the pot rack that weren't clean.  Like not even attempted to wash them, so we just washed everything we used. (also, another reason we needed another dish towel). More storage in the extra bedrooms would have been nice to have.  We didn't have younger children, but the play areas would be great for kids.  Other than those few things, the house was great.  We would definitely consider staying there again.
